Kawambwa Town Council offers the following services to the community;

• Refuse collection through the Keep Zambia Clean, green and Healthy campaign.
• Clean and safe drinking water through borehole drilling in communities.
• Licences, such as trade licences, health permit licences, liquor licences, firearm licences and all other different licences. It also offers marriage certificates and fire certificates.
• Provision of trading premises.
• Plot allocation/ town planning.
• Provision of feeder roads through engineering departments.
• Pre-school services and provision of services to the vulnerable through community development.
• Land distribution/ plots.
• Burying of destitute
• Eradication of stray dogs through the public health section.
• Hospitality services through the motel.
